6. Custom Product Orders

Our products are made to order and customized according to your submitted design files. As such:

All sales are final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom items unless the product is defective or the customization does not match the order.

Please ensure your uploaded files and order details are correct before confirming your purchase.If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number.

7. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the site and may be subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate.
