Return & Refund Policy

At handifypod.com, all our products are made-to-order and customized according to your submitted designs. Because of the personalized nature of Print-on-Demand (POD) products, we have a strict return and refund policy as follows:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has started.

Please double-check your order details and uploaded design files before confirming the purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number and clear photos of:

  • The defective area
  • The entire item
  • The packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will process a free replacement or refund.

3. Order Issues That Are Not Covered

We are not responsible for refund or replacement in cases where:

  • The user uploaded low-resolution, incorrect, or poor-quality designs
  • The user provided an incorrect shipping address
  • The product has minor variations due to printing process (color differences, slight misalignment)
  • The product was damaged during international transit after leaving our facility and was not insured
  • The customer simply changed their mind

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it:

Please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.

If unresolved, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered but may offer limited support depending on the situation.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
