HandifyPod Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it will enter our production schedule.

After printing, all items are sent to our quality control center for manual inspection (print accuracy, color consistency, product integrity).

Approved items will be packed and handed over to our partnered international logistics providers.

A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the shipment status anytime.

2. Production & Dispatch Time

Production Time: Usually 2–5 business days (depending on product type and order volume).

Dispatch Time: Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after quality inspection.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Destination country/region

Shipping method (Standard / Express)

Package weight & dimensions


Pricing model:

0–0.5kg: Base rate (approx. USD 5–12, depending on destination)

Every additional 0.5kg: Surcharge (approx. USD 2–6 / 0.5kg)

Remote or island regions may incur additional fees.

These are estimated delivery times only. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs clearance, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

5. Shipping Insurance

Every package is covered by basic shipping protection. If an item is lost or severely damaged due to the carrier’s responsibility, we will reprint and reship at no extra cost.

Customers may also purchase optional shipping insurance at checkout:

Coverage: product value + shipping cost

In case of loss or irreparable damage during transit, priority refund or replacement will be provided

Insurance fee: 3%–5% of the item value, minimum USD 3

6. Customs & Duties

Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country/region.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

HandifyPod cannot control or predict such fees. Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We only ship customized consumer goods (e.g., pillows, T-shirts, wall art, bags, etc.).

We do not ship restricted or hazardous items, including flammable goods, liquids, powders, food, medicine, or batteries.

Orders containing prohibited or unlawful content may be rejected or canceled during quality inspection.

8. Customer Support

If you encounter any issues within 7 days of receiving your package (e.g., delays, lost shipments, damaged goods, or customs issues), please contact our customer support team with:

Relevant evidence (e.g., photos, tracking information)

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with a resolution (reshipment or refund where applicable).
